There is an evil alicorn named opaline that came to Equestria . she spread bad rumours that the unicorns hurt other ponies with their magic, and because of that, ponies started to move away from each other and not feeling safe anymore, oplaine is powerful and dangerous(maybe that's why the ponies believed her) taht's what spike said . Opaline didn't just made the ponies separated themselves from each other but also she stole the dragons and the ponies magic . But twilight stopped her from taking away the magic, she created the unity crystal to hide the pegasus, unicorns, and earth ponies magic inside, she also created the dragonstone to hide the dragons magic. Twilight is still an alicorn and still ruled by all those things happened. But i think she transformed to the unity crystal and trapped but she still can communicate with the others but not in her psyhcal form but a spirit.

Some people need more help than others. Not all narcissists are evil or want to be cruel. Not all controlling people see it as bad, even more so if it has worked in the past. Cozy Glow would be challenging, but she has the advantage of being young. That is about it. She would need therapy and some to regulate her and to call her out every day, not just when it becomes a disaster. Someone she respects and can keep her accountable. But that could be a challenge to find. My brother is also incredibly controlling and manipulative. He has issues with his alcohol, but I would say he does respect me even when he does not respect most women. He is also considered a genius and is skilled at chess. He gets bored when he is not challenged and can be incredibly self-destructive because he also has bipolar disorder. As I learned to stand up to him, he has improved. I know how he works and his manipulative strategies. Cozy Glowly would probably need a brother or a sister to call her out on her manic BS. But I am not sure if she has one. I would say medication, but that does not always work.

It’s not who embodies the elements, it’s who’s willing to strive to embody the elements. Applejack sometimes has a hard time being honest, and Rainbow tries to be loyal but sometimes her ego gets in the way. Rarity is generous but sometimes her manipulative tactics get in the way and she has to correct herself, Fluttershy is kind but finds it difficult to strive for assertive kindness, Pinkie Pie spreads laughter but breaks inside over well-meaning jokes sometimes, and Twilight still has a long way to go before total magical mastery. The thing with these ponies, though, is they are all able to recognize what they’re doing wrong, which makes them good candidates because they are willing to maintain their personalities and recognize + take responsibility for their actions.
